The new edition to the IET Code of Practice has encouraged us to create a variety of 5th Edition Labels to meet the new requirements, which informs us that a retest date is no longer need to be displayed on PAT Labels.
The 5th Edition Plug Top Pass PAT Testing Stickers are intended for application to plug tops of appliances after a Portable Appliance Test. These Plug Top Sized PAT Test Labels are significantly smaller than the Standard Size PAT Labels. They offer a more modest labelling solution. While the Plug Top PAT Labels are intended for adhering to plug tops, we would like to stress that they should not be adhered to embossed or rubberised plug tops as this will discard the adhesive.
With a selection of 4 colours to pick from these PAT Labels are great for labelling a large number of appliances which have different time frames before a re-test. Our 5th Edition Passed Plug Top Labels in Purple, Blue, Black and Green provide an alternative option from the standard green labels.
Our PAT Labels have been produced from a strong, non-rip plastic with a strong, high tack adhesive. These 5th Edition Passed PAT Labels can be easily written on with most pens, nonetheless we would highly advise using a permanent fine liner. For the best adhesive result all labels must be fixed to smooth, even surfaces that are clean.

How do I personalise the Label?
To add your print instructions to a personalised product, simply choose a colour (if applicable) and/or select a quantity. Then click 'Add Print Instructions', this will trigger the print instruction screen in which you can enter everything that you require us to print on to your labels.
Will I see how my Label will look before I order?
Our website will NOT show you a preview of how your label will look before you order. This is because our artwork team create your label from scratch using the information you provide with your order and manually adjust the layout to give the best finished design.
Do I get a Label Proof?
Proofs are not provided as default, this is to ensure that we are able to get orders processed on time and maintain our speed of service. If you would like to see a proof of your labels before we go to final print, this can be done upon request. Please ask for a proof in the 'Special Requests' box provided on the Print Instructions window. Requesting a proof may effect the lead time of your order.
What if I'm not 100% sure of something?
If you are not absolutely 100% certain of anything at all, please give us a quick call on 01325 525 675 before purchase. Our Sales Team can then help you make sure there are no oversights and communicate any specific requirements to the production team. We are here to help and make sure you get exactly what you want.
It is your responsibilty as a buyer, to inform us of all requirements in your print instructions, either before or at the time of order. No assumptions at all should be made.
