Our Large Write On Lithium Battery Labels provide a flexible solution for identifying applicable packages containing lithium batteries during dangerous goods transportation.
Featuring the recognised Lithium Battery Mark, the label includes the battery and flame graphic together with a dedicated blank UN number section. The appropriate UN number can be written onto the label according to the lithium battery and transport classification being shipped.
Unlike lithium battery labels that are pre-printed with a specific number such as UN 3090, UN 3091, UN 3480 or UN 3481, this blank version allows the user to complete the UN number themselves. IATA guidance specifies that the lithium battery mark includes a place for the applicable UN number.
Measuring 100mm x 100mm, this large format provides a prominent lithium battery marking for applicable packages and overpacks. The red diagonal striped border and battery/flame graphic make the label easy to recognise, while the blank UN section allows the relevant identification number to be added.
These Writable Lithium Battery Stickers are suitable for battery suppliers, manufacturers, electronics companies, warehouses, shipping departments, freight companies and logistics businesses handling different types of lithium battery shipments.
The write-on design can be particularly useful for businesses that handle multiple lithium battery classifications and do not want to stock separate pre-printed labels for every UN number. The appropriate classification and UN number should always be established before completing and applying the label.
The label can be used where a lithium battery mark is required as part of applicable dangerous goods shipping procedures. Current IATA guidance states that lithium battery marks must be durable, legible and appropriately placed on packages or overpacks.
Common uses include: lithium battery packaging, lithium-ion battery shipping, lithium metal battery shipping, dangerous goods transport, warehouse dispatch, logistics, battery distribution, electronics manufacturing, freight shipments and battery handling.
If you are purchasing a personalised product then please read the information below carefully before purchase. If your product is not personalised and is just our stock image, then the below information does not apply.
IMPORTANT: The Print Instructions Page should only be used to tell us information that is required to be printed onto your labels. Please do not type anything that you don't want to be printed.
How do I personalise the Label?
To add your print instructions to a personalised product, simply choose a colour (if applicable) and/or select a quantity. Then click 'Add Print Instructions', this will trigger the print instruction screen in which you can enter everything that you require us to print on to your labels.
Will I see how my Label will look before I order?
Our website will NOT show you a preview of how your label will look before you order. This is because our artwork team create your label from scratch using the information you provide with your order and manually adjust the layout to give the best finished design.
Do I get a Label Proof?
Proofs are not provided as default, this is to ensure that we are able to get orders processed on time and maintain our speed of service. If you would like to see a proof of your labels before we go to final print, this can be done upon request. Please ask for a proof in the 'Special Requests' box provided on the Print Instructions window. Requesting a proof may effect the lead time of your order.
What if I'm not 100% sure of something?
If you are not absolutely 100% certain of anything at all, please give us a quick call on 01325 525 675 before purchase.
