Mini UN 3091 Lithium Metal Battery Labels

These Mini UN 3091 Lithium Metal Battery Labels provide a compact way to visually identify packages associated with UN 3091 lithium metal batteries, with each label measuring 35mm x 32mm. The design features the lithium battery and flame graphic, red diagonal striped border and clearly printed UN 3091 marking.

UN 3091 is the classification used for lithium metal batteries contained in equipment or packed with equipment. This includes situations where the lithium metal battery is installed inside the equipment it powers, as well as batteries supplied in the same package as the equipment they are intended to operate. UN 3090 is the corresponding classification for lithium metal batteries transported on their own.

The small 35mm x 32mm size makes these labels useful where space is limited and a compact UN 3091 battery sticker is required for visual identification. They can be used by equipment manufacturers, electronics businesses, battery distributors, warehouses and dispatch teams handling products containing or supplied with lithium metal batteries.

Because this label is permanently marked UN 3091, it is specifically intended to identify the relevant lithium metal battery classification and should not be confused with labels for UN 3090 lithium metal batteries, UN 3480 lithium-ion batteries or UN 3481 lithium-ion batteries contained in or packed with equipment.

They are designed for visual identification purposes only, to provide an indication of the parcel's contents. They should not be used as a substitute for the correctly sized regulatory lithium battery mark where one is required.

How do I personalise the Label?

To add your print instructions to a personalised product, simply choose a colour (if applicable) and/or select a quantity. Then click 'Add Print Instructions', this will trigger the print instruction screen in which you can enter everything that you require us to print on to your labels.

Will I see how my Label will look before I order?

Our website will NOT show you a preview of how your label will look before you order. This is because our artwork team create your label from scratch using the information you provide with your order and manually adjust the layout to give the best finished design.

Do I get a Label Proof?

Proofs are not provided as default, this is to ensure that we are able to get orders processed on time and maintain our speed of service. If you would like to see a proof of your labels before we go to final print, this can be done upon request. Please ask for a proof in the 'Special Requests' box provided on the Print Instructions window. Requesting a proof may effect the lead time of your order.

What if I'm not 100% sure of something?

If you are not absolutely 100% certain of anything at all, please give us a quick call on 01325 525 675 before purchase. Our Sales Team can then help you make sure there are no oversights and communicate any specific requirements to the production team. We are here to help and make sure you get exactly what you want.

It is your responsibilty as a buyer, to inform us of all requirements in your print instructions, either before or at the time of order. No assumptions at all should be made.
