Our range of Failed Tuff Tag Labels for Portable Appliance Tests has been manufactured from an extremely durable, non-rip plastic which makes them ideal for harsh environments like building sites. These 5th Edition Tuff Tags have been designed to fit most cables and flexes making them perfect for fixing to power tools and other equipment used in rough environments.
The 5th Edition Tuff Tags for Failed PAT Tests have a self-tie loop lock function therefore they don’t need to use any adhesive. Basically, thread the Tuff Tag back through the dumbbell slot to secure it. These Tuff Tags are adjustable to 2 sizes and once they have been secured to a cable or flex they are extremely durable.
These Tuff tags are easy to write on with most pens, though we do recommend using a permanent fine liner. All our PAT Testing Tags and Labels have been made by us and have been vigorously tested in our factory. These 5th Edition Failed Tuff Tags can be personalised with any details you want.

How do I personalise the Label?
To add your print instructions to a personalised product, simply choose a colour (if applicable) and/or select a quantity. Then click 'Add Print Instructions', this will trigger the print instruction screen in which you can enter everything that you require us to print on to your labels.
Will I see how my Label will look before I order?
Our website will NOT show you a preview of how your label will look before you order. This is because our artwork team create your label from scratch using the information you provide with your order and manually adjust the layout to give the best finished design.
Do I get a Label Proof?
Proofs are not provided as default, this is to ensure that we are able to get orders processed on time and maintain our speed of service. If you would like to see a proof of your labels before we go to final print, this can be done upon request. Please ask for a proof in the 'Special Requests' box provided on the Print Instructions window. Requesting a proof may effect the lead time of your order.
What if I'm not 100% sure of something?
If you are not absolutely 100% certain of anything at all, please give us a quick call on 01325 525 675 before purchase. Our Sales Team can then help you make sure there are no oversights and communicate any specific requirements to the production team. We are here to help and make sure you get exactly what you want.
It is your responsibilty as a buyer, to inform us of all requirements in your print instructions, either before or at the time of order. No assumptions at all should be made.
